Codka Dumarka's second cohort graduates
12 female journalists have now trained through the Women in Media programme across two cohorts, with 4 graduates already working in the industry.

Of 163 women trained through the biannual Employment Readiness workshop, 74 are now working in local and remote sectors — around 45% employment transition.

Three ways your support reaches Somali women directly
Young Girls' Education
Through Aayatiin, 82 girls from low-income and IDP communities enrolled in school in 2025, working toward a target of 150 girls by end-2026.
GBV Survivor Support
Confidential, women-managed reporting channels in 3 districts have connected 11 survivors with medical, psychological, and legal support.
Women's Livelihoods
Sisterhood in Action and TVET for Women have reached over 200 women combined with financial literacy, savings unions, and market-relevant vocational skills.
